What does this implement/fix?

gazebo_ros2_control起因のエラーを回避するためのdummyのlink/jointの定義が現状は不要になっているため削除します。

Does this close any currently open issues?

しません。

How has this been tested?

Gazebo環境でgripper_controlサンプルが動作することを確認しました。

Any other comments?

なし。
