• stage 배포에서 V87__seed_university_search_keywords.sql이 일부 대학만 존재하는 DB에서 실패한 문제를 보정합니다.
• Flyway가 실패한 V87을 먼저 검증하기 때문에, V88 후속 마이그레이션이 아니라 실패한 V87 자체가 재실행 가능해야 합니다.

• V87 seed 쿼리를 LEFT JOIN에서 JOIN으로 변경해 실제 존재하는 대학 키워드만 insert합니다.
• ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE를 추가해 repair 이후 재시도나 중복 데이터가 있어도 안전하게 처리합니다.
• V88 후속 마이그레이션은 제거했습니다.
• 한국기술교육대학교만 있는 DB에서 V87이 3개 키워드만 seed하는 테스트로 변경했습니다.

배포 참고

• stage DB에는 V87 실패 이력이 남아 있으므로, 새 코드 배포 전/중에 flyway repair로 실패 이력을 제거해야 합니다.
• repair 후 새 V87 파일이 실행되면 한국기술교육대학교 키워드만 seed되고 애플리케이션이 다음 단계로 진행됩니다.
