Resolves the two open Dependabot alerts: - GHSA-4w2j-m93h-cj5j (high): quinn-proto 0.11.14 -> 0.11.17 - GHSA-phqj-4mhp-q6mq (medium): openssl 0.10.79 -> 0.10.81 Both are transitive dependencies of reqwest via zarrs_http. quinn is optional in reqwest and not compiled in any pizzarr feature set; openssl is reached through native-tls and is compiled.
