Concurrent requests can replay the same signed submission and exceed daily quotas. Enforce uniqueness and validate/update per-address counters atomically.
Medium — Renewals lose paid service time. AggregationModePaymentService.sol:250: Renewals extend the stored expiry, but the event reports block.timestamp + paymentExpirationTimeSeconds. The gateway uses event timestamps, so it rejects users before their renewed subscription expires. Emit newExpiration.
Medium — Batched subscriptions silently disappear. db.rs:69: Deduplication uses only the transaction hash, while addSubscriptions emits multiple payments per transaction. Only the first subscriber receives gateway access. Deduplicate using transaction hash plus log index.
Medium — Failed payment inserts can be permanently skipped. payments.rs:129: Insert failures are logged, but the polling checkpoint still advances. Failed events older than the five-block overlap will never be retried, denying paying users access. Advance the checkpoint only after all events are persisted successfully.
