Add es and status command shortcuts for Wire Utility Container - #4

- **es command**: Shortcut for Elasticsearch debugging (replaces es-debug.py) - **status command**: Quick access to pod status and connectivity checks
- Use --entrypoint='' instead of --entrypoint /bin/bash for better compatibility - Add proper platform specification for all test commands - Test es alias and status symlink functionality in CI - Ensure bash path is correctly resolved in container testing
- Added --entrypoint='' to all docker run commands in GitHub Actions workflow - Fixed Makefile test-utility target to prevent hanging - Added comprehensive testing for es alias and bash PATH - Resolves infinite loop issue caused by Python entrypoint script All tests now complete quickly without hanging in CI/CD pipeline.
