Resolves issue #907
Not exactly a new feature, it's something in the middle between that and a bugfix.
It's just an aesthetic change for the profiler to make the icon consistent with the default Symfony icons (and the ones coming from the other major bundles).
Moreover, it moves the icons to a separate file to avoid repeating the long SVG content.
