Add native workspace member removal to Teams settings

Description

Adds distinct team-only and workspace-wide removal actions for native-workspace member rows. Workspace administrators can remove eligible members from the workspace atomically, while team-only administrators remain limited to team removal and owner protections remain intact.

Native team and workspace removal use separate, email-personalized confirmations. Legacy non-native team removal keeps its existing generic reload-credit warning. The workspace action calls the existing workspace-scoped mutation once and refreshes workspace metadata only after success.
