CI currently runs on every branch push and on pull requests, and scheduled checks share the master branch's concurrency group. Restrict push-triggered CI to
master, retain checks for every PR, and addworkflow_dispatchfor manual checks on a selected ref.Include the event in each concurrency group, use the commit SHA for master pushes and the run ID for manual checks, and keep PR runs grouped by PR ref with in-progress cancellation. This preserves checks for each master commit and separates scheduled and manual checks from push runs. The existing schedule, five-platform matrix, steps, and 30-minute job timeout are unchanged.
Validation:
actionlint1.7.12 andgit diff --checkpassed. This scheduling change reduces duplicate work and cross-event serialization; runner availability is unchanged.
