test(eve): cover post-auth workflow followups

Summary

Adds workflow-entry integration coverage for the auth-callback/follow-up sequence fixed in #225.

The test drives a real workflowEntry run through:

• a deterministic model-triggered get_weather tool call
• an interactive inline auth provider that emits authorization.required
• an auth callback delivered on the session auth hook
• successful authorization.completed + tool-result response
• a normal follow-up delivered on the regular continuation hook

Without #225, the final follow-up stays stuck because the driver still believes auth is pending and waits on the auth hook instead of the normal continuation hook.
