Replaces the 2017 Start Bootstrap "Clean Blog" theme with a hand-written one, and moves the build off the frozen github-pages gem. Theme - Hand-written Sass theme replacing Bootstrap 3, jQuery, LESS and Grunt. Dark/light with a persisted toggle, native font stack, no trackers. ~4.8KB CSS + 2.3KB JS gzipped. - Series-aware home page: multi-part write-ups collapse into one entry. - New pages: /tags/ plus a page per tag, /archive/, /404, new /about. - Posts gain a table of contents, reading progress, code copy buttons, image lightbox, series pager and related-by-tag links. Build - Jekyll 4.4 built and deployed by GitHub Actions, with html-proofer gating every internal link. Needs Pages source = GitHub Actions. - Stops committing _site/ build output; drops .idea/, LESS and Grunt. Content and SEO - Unique meta description per post; all 13 previously shared one. - Real alt text on 46 images; 30 read literally "image alt text". - Fixed heading hierarchy in 11 posts, where sections were h3s hanging off a single h2 that merely repeated the title. - Repaired 19 dead outbound links. Removed a published internal Jenkins hostname and a dead ad-tracking URL. - Removed Disqus embeds that had been pasted into 10 post bodies. - Generated sitemap and feed; noindex on single-post tag pages. - Removed the Terraform post and its orphaned images. - Permalinks unchanged: every previously indexed URL still resolves.
