DNS resolver library for Zig that owns the protocol and none of the I/O: no sockets, threads or allocation; time and randomness are arguments. An optional engine runs it on your event loop, with DNS over TLS, QUIC and HTTPS. Checked by Lean proofs, a TLA+ model, mutation testing and interop. A replacement for c-ares. Apache-2.0.
