- Add 0.15.1+adlc1 entry to CHANGELOG.md documenting the upstream 0.14.4->0.15.1 merge, wheel asset path alignment, command prefix, alias-only mode, and PowerShell feature script hardening. - Add 0.15.1+adlc1 row to FORK.md version history. - Bump git extension to 1.8.1 and backfill missing 1.7.0/1.8.0 CHANGELOG entries for git.publish and branch_template migration.
- Align adlc.spec.constitution.md: add Scope Guard (defer non-governance intents), remove static template propagation (step 4), add Next Actions. - Align adlc.spec.clarify.md: add Question writing quality rules (interrogative ending in ?, ban topic labels, parenthesized ID, why it matters). - Align adlc.spec.specify.md: fix duplicate step 7/8 numbering. - Bump agentic-sdlc preset 1.6.5 -> 1.6.6 in preset.yml and catalog.json. - Update test_git_extension.py manifest version assertion for 1.8.1.
