Summary of Changes

Hello @PReshma-tp, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request significantly enhances the DRM license API documentation by incorporating detailed instructions for FairPlay. Previously, the documentation was limited to Widevine configurations. This update provides developers with the essential information needed to successfully integrate DRM-protected streams on Apple devices using FairPlay.

Highlights

  • FairPlay DRM Documentation: Added comprehensive documentation for FairPlay DRM license requests, including the request URL, body format (requiring a base64-encoded Server Playback Context or SPC), and response details, to assist developers integrating streams on Apple devices.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Changelog
  • docs/server-api/drm.md
    • Added a new section dedicated to the FairPlay DRM License API.
    • Included the specific request URL format for FairPlay license requests.
    • Detailed the request body structure, emphasizing the requirement for a base64-encoded Server Playback Context (SPC).
    • Described the API response for FairPlay, specifying the application/octet-stream content type and raw binary license body.

Code Review

This pull request adds documentation for FairPlay DRM support to the DRM license API documentation. The changes are generally good and provide necessary information for developers using FairPlay. I've added a couple of suggestions to improve the clarity and consistency of the documentation, mainly regarding placeholder conventions and the structure of the response section.
