• @marcalexiei/oxfmt-config 2.0.0 → 2.0.1, @marcalexiei/oxlint-config 1.5.0 → 1.6.0
• The two config packages are excluded from minimumReleaseAge

The new oxlint preset adds the oxc and promise plugins and turns on a few rules, which reported 14 errors. None of the fixes changes behaviour:

• unicorn/switch-case-braces, unicorn/no-negated-condition: auto-fixed
• oxc/no-accumulating-spread in top-languages.ts: unshift instead of re-spreading, same order
• promise/param-names in generate-cards.ts: settle renamed to resolve
• oxc/branches-sharing-code in generate-graphql-types.ts: the shared console.log is hoisted

oxlint.config.ts drops five overrides the preset now sets itself.
