Document Markdown heading toolbar buttons #2018

Goes along with statamic/cms#15753.

Document Markdown fieldtype toolbar buttons h1 through h6. All six are opt-in; the default button selection is unchanged. Heading buttons toggle a heading on selected lines or switch its level.
