spin-stack/ami is about to publish each image's entry in measurements.json with the signed statement of its PCRs beside them (spin F6b). host_attestation passes an entry whole to the control plane, and a spin release that does not read a statement refuses a build carrying one: the PCRs alone are taken, until a spin release reads the statement and the module passes it.
