- Replace 4-level verbosity (default/verbose/very/veryvery) with simple verbose (-v) and quiet (-q) boolean flags - Remove internal/output package, inline slog setup in main.go - Replace output.WithProgress/WithProgressParallel with slog.Info - Replace output.Logf calls with slog.Debug
