- fixed bugs (all found by AI)
- some code improvement;
- added "-O2" compiler flag
- DDEBUG=0 by default
- added sendMediaGroup function
- added new example 'estgb' - powerful console utility to send texts, pics, video via telegram bot
fixed "True" -> "true", "False" - "false", "can_invite_users" instead of "can_pin_messages"
