This change implements Continuous Deployment for the SIT722 9.3C task.
Changes:
2. Updated the production workflow to trigger automatically after successful staging tests.
3. Production now deploys the exact commit SHA tested in staging.
4. Updated the dashboard to display "Dashboard — Continuous Deployment.
