Implement Continuous Deployment for Task 9.3C

This pull request implements the Continuous Deployment changes required for Task 9.3C.

Changes include:

• Updated the staging test workflow to automatically deploy to production after a successful staging smoke test.
• Moved the original manual production deployment workflow to the Week 08 backup folder.
• Updated the dashboard text to provide a visible frontend change for deployment verification.
