IHME downloader not working any more

In the GBD result tool, after submitting the form, the tool used to provide a url for checking task status. We use this page to check task status. But the tool does not returning the url any more, so the downloader failed.

well, just found that the GBD result tool was updated and the workflow was changed... Need to investigate the API again...
