Awesome! Yes, this is great. Though tbh we haven't used any of these in the latest codebase, so we should delete these other ones.

What is the goal of this PR and why is this important?
Add Flipper flag for forthcoming Stripe Payments development. Also give me a little experience contributing to this repo
How did you approach the change?
Checked out the features.rb file and it's conventions. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
