Add 'Go' cmd after 'r'，which 'Start CPU if halted'.
'r' cmd normally reset CPU and halt it, casing MCU stuck after reset. I have to tap the RESET button myself every time I flash new program. I think 'Reset and Run' is more intuitive and convenient, especially when I don't have a proper button to reset board.
