Overview
Updates Radar self-managed docs so RPM and agent tarball download instructions point at the current Redis Download Center on redis.io/downloads (Modules, Tools and Integration anchor) instead of the retired cloud.redis.io URL.

The agent install, install guide, and release-notes index are aligned on the new link; the release-notes overview also notes that per-release Downloads lists chart version, container images, and packages.
