RN 0.87 | Blank dev tools is coming

Hello,

I have installed fresh react native(0.87) & when I have run android app & press "j" to open dev tools then blank screen is visible in dev tools screen so how to fix this ?

Steps to reproduce

1. Create sample application.
2. Run android app.
3. From metro press "j" to open Dev Tools.

This is genuine problem that i have been seen, even it's happening when i create a fresh react native project #580590
