This setting should indeed being ignore whenever this particular setting is available.

I may be wrong but this was deployed as a fix not as a feature, so it should be available on the version we discovered it too. cc @arekpalinski for confirmation.

Was the fix also released in 7.2.5 ?
For an index in Error state, should users set CacheSizeInMb to 0 or upgrade to 7.2.6+ ?
Is a reset required in both cases ?
