Add Taskbar Media Widget, based on Taskbar Music Lounge

Adds a customizable taskbar media widget with playback controls and transparent styling.

This mod is based on the original Taskbar Music Lounge by Hashah2311, but has been heavily modified and redesigned.

Key differences from the original:

• Uses custom layered rendering instead of Windows acrylic/DWM styling
• Supports RGBA background and text colors
• Adjustable corner radius
• Optional album art
• Optional scrolling for long titles
• Configurable font weight
• Configurable alignment (left, center, right)
• Automatically hides when no media session is active

The custom rendering allows full control over transparency and layout while remaining lightweight.

Tested with Spotify and browser media sessions.

Updated the mod with a optional track progress indicator with customizable background color. The progress updates use GSMTC timeline properties and are rendered efficiently without continuous redraws.

Thanks for the submission. Taskbar Music Lounge is no longer maintained, and having a successor would be great. Recently, we've been considering Cinabutts's version as a successor. How does your version compare?

Another list of improvements worth looking at is the last Taskbar Music Lounge PR (that wasn't merged).

@Cinabutts what's the status of your version? Are you still considering to submit it?

Eventually, I think we should pick a single maintainer and have a single maintained mod.

ooohh shit i JUST seen this lol aye sorry for the late replies @m417z I work a lot and code on my free time, but it's been coming along, i guess it's bout time for a check in if you wouldn't mind. It's still rough around the edges as of right now. but the majority of the mod is there. Link here

Just note, i guess i might have reverted some changes recently so im currently in the middle of trying to kinda rebuild what i just had before the next commit which hopefully i'll be able to do by tonight.

Thanks for the comments. Whatever you end up doing is fine with me. I just dabbled with it to make my desktop look the way I wanted, and thought I'd share 👍 I have no real plans for new features either, outside fixing whatever bugs I find.
