From an org-wide cross-repo reference audit: the todomvc spike pages (including the published copy under docs/spike-todomvc/), the todomvc README, and the no-js-bindgen README still linked polymorph-components/polymorph-apps and lann/deltic, which resolve only via GitHub's rename redirects (fragile if either old name is ever reused). URLs now cite polymorph-components/polyvisor / polymorph-components/polyengine; visible labels/prose keep the historical names. The issue-comment anchor in no-js-bindgen/README survives the slug change (same IDs).

Intentionally untouched: spikes/demo/deno.lock leftover remote entries (vendoring cleanup is #83's turf).

No functional changes; docs/HTML links only.

…ed repos

polymorph-components/polymorph-apps is now polyvisor; lann/deltic is now
polymorph-components/polyengine. The old URLs work only via GitHub's
rename redirects. Prose keeps the historical names; URLs go canonical.
