The deltic lockstep line moves 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0 (breaking: plan formatVersion 4; runtime and translator move together — _deltic-pin-check enforces the single resolved version). Lock regenerated; no SUT host module on this leg, so nothing else moves. Verified: run-deltic 5 pass / 2 n/a of 7; run-deltic-delegated 6 pass / 1 n/a; both browser twins same tallies; lock-check clean.
