freshCases: false reuses the census instance for a whole shard - the documented trade for corpora whose per-case fresh instances outrun the renderer's wasm-memory reservations (19k-case vector suites; a trapped case then poisons the rest of the shard, loudly). Default unchanged. Gates: verify-deltic, verify-viewer.
