The lockstep line moves 0.1.0 -> 0.2.0 (breaking: plan formatVersion 4 — core-module exports; runtime and translator move together, which the deltic-pin-gate enforces). Lock refreshed from the new graph (@deltic/protocol rides at its own 0.2.0, stable-excluded as before). Verified: just all — the deltic goldens (human + fold, shared with the embed/cli legs) byte-match unchanged; selftests (callback ABI under plain node, tag scheduling, striping) green; viewer + pipeline + emit legs green.

js/runner-deltic/deno.json+ lock.0.2.0 is a breaking line per deltic's caret-honest scheme — plan formatVersion 4 (core-module exports, deltic#13). Runtime and translator move together; the
