Safari Technology Preview 250 (2026-08-13) is the first STP carrying wasm multi-memory — its release notes cite the flip commit WebKit/WebKit@fcd66f17f455 (317636@main) directly. JSPI is present in STP as well (operator-confirmed; never named in any STP release note). Updates the §3 engine table and the risk register row: the stable-Safari channel is now the only remaining gap for the JSPI-dependent forms.
