Feature: DiffsHub tab name

Proposal

• When I open a Github PR in DiffsHub, the title of that Diffshub browser tab should be set to the Github PR title.
• Also give me (the user) the ability to rename a Diffshub browser tab.

Motivation and context

I have multiple DiffsHub browser tabs open for the PRs I'm reviewing. The above suggestions will help me navigate effectively amongst them in the browser tabs section. Right now, all of them are named "Diffshub, from Pierre".
