Standardize the contributor skill configuration across Fast Forward libraries: use fast-forward/* with trusted-replace, keep auto-sync: true, and register the local resources/skills directory without a package override. The GitHub Changelog source now uses ^0.4.0 and discovers its Composer-declared payload without a redundant skill allowlist. Pin the schema to the verified installer release and add a patch fragment.

The project PHPDoc profile loads the consumer autoloader, avoiding DevTools 1.x's nonexistent nested autoloader, and preserves existing file/license headers while checking PHPDoc structure. Keep generated development output ignored and the profile outside Composer archives. Complete missing PHPDoc on the existing callable-factory regression cases.

Apply the equivalent null-coalescing cache assignment, normalize example bootstrap paths and redundant PHPDoc, and make callable-factory fixture return types explicit while preserving their parameter diagnostics.

Validation

  • composer validate --strict and the complete composer dev-tools pipeline passed, including Rector, PHPDoc, code style, PHPUnit/coverage, API/guide documentation and metrics.
  • The corrective commit passed the unchanged GrumPHP hooks through ordinary git commit; no hook bypass or relaxed check was used for this correction.
  • Committed Changelog contribution validation against origin/main and whitespace checks passed.
  • PHP 8.5.12; installed DevTools revision 84e154046e07cafa6ac09a9e12434b1ff5dcb5e0. Test counts remain 257 tests / 815 assertions.

No merge, release or runtime dependency upgrade is included.

Changes: Skill source configuration

Layer / File(s) Summary
Configure skill sources
skills.json, composer.json, .changelog/consistent-skill-sources.md
skills.json pins the schema, broadens the trusted Composer pattern, adds a local source, and updates the GitHub source ref and filter. composer.json reorders the enabled plugin entries. The changelog records the skill-source updates and PHPDoc-check context.

Layer / File(s) Summary
Configure PHPDoc checks
.php-cs-fixer.dist.php, .gitattributes, .gitignore, tests/Factory/CallableFactoryTest.php
The PHP-CS-Fixer configuration loads the project autoloader, excludes tooling directories, and enables the listed PHPDoc rules. .gitattributes excludes the configuration from exported archives, .gitignore excludes the root .dev-tools/ directory, and test comments describe existing cases.

A rabbit checks the source list twice,
A local skill joins the device.
The PHPDoc rules line up in rows,
Test comments tell what each one shows.
I thump; the changelog now knows.
