Legacy rule names and issue descriptions do not establish the actual engines or default activation. This documents the three custom Rector PHPDoc classes at fixed DevTools35b5f78, distinguishing the two registered defaults from the unregistered class rule, and records the unverified goldens required before adopting a policy. It also verifies the candidate analyzer manifests: PHPat is a PHPStan extension, assumptions is standalone, and security-audit is a PHPCS standard.
The PHPStan evaluation preserves native whole-project/dependency-cache semantics and executable bootstrap/autoload boundaries. Domain ownership remains open; these docs enable no engine, migration, semantic profile or extra prerequisite for the initial0.1.0. Refs #3, #4, #5; those broader issues remain open.
