OA Chrome extension Not working with Flickr... again

Hi. I used this with flickr last week and it worked fine. However, today, for whatever reason, it is not working. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the chrome extension and it still does nothing when I click on the OpenAttribute icon on my taskbar. It'd be great if this could be fixed.

Can you send me the link it fails on - it has to be customised for flickr and so it is done on page by page basis
