fix: block removing a node's primary instance - #500
This PR prevents database updates from removing a node's current primary instance while keeping the node in the database spec.
Previously, removing the primary did not trigger an automatic switchover, leaving the node temporarily unavailable for writes until Patroni promoted a new primary.
The update is now rejected with a validation error instructing the user to perform a switchover before removing the primary instance.
Changes
API:UpdateDatabase now calls a new validatePrimaryNotRemoved
(validate.go). It returns invalid_input on nodes[i].host_ids when a
surviving node no longer includes the host of its current, available primary.
Workflow:UpdateDatabase now runs checkPrimaryNotRemoved right after RefreshCurrentState and before planning. It uses the primary that Patroni
reports in the refreshed state and fails before anything is deleted. This
covers bypassed API validation and switchovers that happen after the request
was validated.

Walkthrough
The API validates proposed database specs for removal of an available primary host. The database workflow also checks requested specs against current state before planning updates. Both checks allow removal when the primary host is listed for removal.

Summary
API primary-removal validation server/internal/api/apiv1/validate.go, server/internal/api/apiv1/post_init_handlers.go, server/internal/api/apiv1/post_init_handlers_test.go
The API rejects a proposed spec that omits an available primary’s host unless that host is listed for removal. Tests cover primary and replica removal, forced host removal, whole-node removal, and unavailable primaries.
Workflow primary-removal state check server/internal/workflows/check_primary_removal.go, server/internal/workflows/update_database.go, server/internal/workflows/check_primary_removal_test.go
The workflow checks current primary state before planning updates. Tests cover primary removal, replica removal, switchover, forced host removal, whole-node removal, and an unknown primary.

Unverified finding
Verification ran but could not confirm this finding. It is shown for review, not as a verified issue.
Restore the prior spec when the workflow rejects primary removal.
If a switchover changes the primary after API validation, this check rejects the update after the API has persisted the proposed spec. handleError then marks the database failed, but it does not restore the prior spec. The stored spec can therefore omit the current primary even though no update was planned. Restore the prior spec and state for this pre-planning rejection, or run the refreshed-state check before committing the spec. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
