Add vscode support

This change adds supporting files to run/debug simpleCmd on a mac. Works with VS2015 with .net core tools installed.

Dad, when working in a sub branch the normal process is to issue a pull request (PR) and have it reviewed. Once the review is completed the changes are merged into master and can then move to other branches.

So, I am not sure I did this right. I issued a pull command (git pull -a) from my computer and it said everything was up to date. Then I tried to run simpleCmd.sln on my computer, and it opened Visual Studio from which I could look at the code. Not sure this is all that I am supposed to do, as I think that there is more code to look at, but for some reason, I don’t seem to be able to get it to my computer…..I will look further….any suggestions? At least, I am now in VS!!
