Consolidates Parallel's two Claude plugin definitions into one. The plugin already claimed "Parallel Web Search MCP" in its description but shipped skills only, with no MCP server; the MCP lived in a separate plugin definition in parallel-web/search-mcp that was never submitted. - Add .mcp.json with the anonymous parallel-search server, and reference it from the Claude and Codex plugin manifests - Port the setup skill from search-mcp as parallel-search-setup, scoped to the bundled anonymous server and cross-referencing the CLI and Bifrost setup skills - Add SECURITY.md and the free-vs-paid, privacy, and support disclosures the Software Directory Policy expects - Update manifest descriptions so they match what the plugin ships Web search and fetch now work the moment the plugin is installed, with no account, API key, or CLI.
