Motivation PaNET00103 (solid probe) is defined as 'definedbycharacteristic some PaNET2011003', where PaNET2011003 has label "solid probe" and a subclass of beam characteristic. Given PaNET01318 (atomic force microscopy) is a subclass of PaNET00103, PaNET2011003 should be a probe, not a beam characteristic. Modification The specificier PaNET2011003 and the technique PaNET00103 have been updated to have relations to probe rather to beamcharacteristic. Result Error corrected.
