Set the version to 1.5.0 and date the CHANGELOG. Consolidate the 1.5.0 CHANGELOG and documentation. Update version references in SECURITY.md, docs/pro.md and docs/stability.md. For ox_health --heartbeat-file, each file is checked against the time read after its metadata.
