Follow-up to #89. The
-ffreeze option was removed from many perftools but its usage strings in README.md were not fully updated. Remove[-f]from the usage lines for handshake, evp_hash, evp_cipher, evp_kdf, and evp_rand.Fixes openssl/project#1968
