fix(pipelines): update Konflux task bundle digests to trusted versions

Update task bundle references to match the latest trusted upstream pipeline bundle (pipeline-docker-build-oci-ta:devel). The previous digests were revoked from the Konflux Enterprise Contract trusted task set, causing EC verify failures in downstream repos.
