The show is not very active and only reports anchor/playsByGender sporadically, so the /status age check fired false-positive alerts. Add a MUTED_ALERTS list that getAgeAlerts consults to suppress specific account/endpoint combinations, and mute account 3701 anchor/playsByGender.

Adds a MUTED_ALERTS list that getAgeAlerts consults to suppress specific account/endpoint age alerts, and mutes account 3701 anchor/playsByGender (reports sporadically, caused false positives). Includes unit tests.
