Backporting JDK-8305780: javax/swing/JTable/7068740/bug7068740.java fails on Ubunutu 20.04.

This PR improves the reliability of bug7068740.java by properly managing the frame lifecycle and adding robot delays.

For parity with Oracle JDK.

Ran related tests on linux-x64, linux-aarch64, macos-aarch64 and windows-x64:

make test TEST=test/jdk/javax/swing/JTable/7068740/bug7068740.java
