• Supply-chain Hardening: Added .npmrc with ignore-scripts=true, lockfile lint CI, non-blocking reproducible build diff, scoped CODEOWNERS, expanded SECURITY.md/THREATMODEL.md with provenance verification (npm audit signatures), 60-day resolution policy, and maintainer incident-response runbook.
