@ttak-apphelix: I merged and tests failed against master. Do we need to revert, or do you want to fix forward?

@robrap upgrade-python-requirements workflow is disabled currently. Once this ran it should fix the error. I have tested this locally and it build successfully. Can you please enable that. Below is the link:
