Description

Refs #4839

Skipped tests for now because packages that depend on grpcio we need to wait for grpc/grpc#38762:

  • test-opentelemetry-getting-started
  • test-opentelemetry-opencensus-shim
  • test-opentelemetry-exporter-opencensus
  • test-opentelemetry-exporter-otlp-combined
  • test-opentelemetry-exporter-otlp-proto-grpc-{oldest,latest}
