Header pair helpers (get/set/delete), body sizing, and entity-body status checks over the SPEC response shapes. Lowercase header names are assumed; Request/Response normalize at their boundaries. Tests move to minitest/spec style (test/spec_*.rb with minitest-global_expectations).
