Add a standalone explainer/landing page under site/ and a GitHub Pages workflow that deploys it to https://morpheuslord.github.io/PICOTTY/ via GitHub Actions. Point the picotty Homepage and Documentation project URLs at the published site. - site/index.html: self-contained landing page (teletype/phosphor themes, topology diagram, feature grid, PyPI section, quick start, docs map) - site/.nojekyll: serve static HTML without Jekyll processing - .github/workflows/pages.yml: build & deploy site/ on changes to it - hub/pyproject.toml: Homepage + Documentation -> github.io site
Docs/packaging-only release: adds the GitHub Pages explainer site and points the project Homepage/Documentation URLs at it. No code or firmware changes.
